The site is identified as the Noonday Extension Cemetery, also commonly referred to as “Devils’ Turnaround.”
It’s located in the Kennesaw / Marietta area of Georgia (Cobb County).
The cemetery has graves dating back to the 1860s.
The nickname “Devils’ Turnaround” reportedly originates from a semicircular alignment of the oldest graves.
