Thistle Hill was originally built in 1903-1904 for Electra Waggoner Wharton, daughter of wealthy rancher and oilman William "Tom"" Waggoner and his wife Ella. The historic home is now available for touring and private events. Witnesses say that the 1970s renovations may have awakened some spirits
